New York State Department of Taxation & Finance Reporting Rules

SIFMA provides comments to the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance (Department) on regulations addressing certain aspects of combined reports proposed by the Department on September 12, 2012.

SIFMA generally endorses the approach of the proposed regulations and offers several suggestions primarily intended to clarify their treatment of issues so as to provide guidance to taxpayers and Department auditors alike.
