SIFMA provides Comments to U.S. House of Representatives Jared Polis (D-CO), Phil Roe, M.D. (R-TN), Ron Kind (D-WI), and Mike Kelly (R-PA) regarding the Receiving Electronic Statements to Improve Retiree Earnings (RETIRE) Act. The legislation would allow for the electronic delivery of retirement plan information required to be furnished under Title I of ERISA.
