SIFMA Predecessor PSA: Treatment of All Dollar Rolls as Financings

The Public Securities Association (PSA)* provides comments to the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) on the FASB’s tentative decision to treat all dollar rolls as financings, File Reference No. 154-E.  PSA offers it’s observations and recommendations on the matter.

*PSA is a predecessor organization of the Securities Industry Association (SIA).  SIFMA is the product of a merger between the Securities Industry Association (SIA) and The Bond Market Association (TBMA) in 2006.
