The Role of Credit Rating Agencies in Structured Finance

SIFMA and the European Securitisation Forum (ESF) provide comments to the The Committee of European Securities Regulators (CESR) on the February 2008 CESR Consultation Paper (CP) on the role of Credit Rating Agencies (CRA) in Structured Finance (SF).  SIFMA and ESF generally agree with most questions posed in the CESR Paper, but offer a few recommendations on changes.
