SIFMA, the American Bankers Association (ABA), the Consumer Bankers Association (CBA), the Financial Services Roundtable (FSR), and the Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA) provide comments on the notice issued by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) proposing to amend Regulation P, the rule which implements the consumer privacy provisions of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA).
