Optional Derived Data Fees

SIFMA and NetCoalition provide comments and a petition for disapproval to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on a Notice of Filing and Immediate Effectiveness of Proposed Rule Change by The NASDAQ Stock Market, LLC Relating to Optional Derived Data Fee for NASDAQ Basic, File No. SR-NASDAQ-2011-091, Exchange Act Release No. 64994. The groups urge the Commission to act immediately to suspend this and other similar fee rule changes until the Commission and the public have had ample time to determine whether they should be disapproved.
