FSA Structure of the Listing Regime

SIFMA and the London Investment Bank Association (LIBA) provide comments to the Financial Services Authority (FSA) relating to the FSA Consultation Paper -DP 08/01:  Review of Structure of the Listing Regime. SIFMA and LIBA write that the existing Regime is appropriate and successful, and that substantive changes should only be made to remedy a market failure or build on the current structure to encourage competition in London markets. SIFMA and LIBA point out multiple propositions that achieve neither goal.
