(ISDA) provide comments in response to a proposed rule currently under consideration by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) establishing position limits on physical commodity derivatives, pursuant to Section 737 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010 (Dodd-Frank Act).
