TLAC Proposal

The Asset Management Group of the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association submits the attached comment on the notice of proposed rulemaking promulgated by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System regarding total loss-absorbing capacity, long-term debt and clean holding company requirements for systemically important U.S. bank holding companies and the intermediate holding companies of systemically important foreign banking organizations.
