SIFMA’s Asset Management Group (SIFMA AMG) provides comments to the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) on the swap execution facility (SEF) regulatory framework and related rules. This letter addresses Commissioner J. Christopher Giancarlo’s White Paper.
