SIFMA’s Asset Management Group (SIFMA AMG) provides comments to European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) on the Consultation Paper on the Clearing Obligation under EMIR (no. 3) — FX NDFs on 06 November 2014.
SIFMA AMG also submitted comments to ESMA’s consultation paper on clearing obligation on interest rate swaps (EMIR no.1) and its consultation paper on credit default swaps (EMIR – no.2).
