The Asset Management Group of SIFMA (SIFMA AMG) and Managed Funds Association (MFA) provide comments to the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) requesting an extension of No-Action Letter 14-147’s Time-Limited No-Action Relief for Certain Members of Swap Execution Facilities from the Requirement to Record Oral Communications Pursuant to Commodity Futures Trading Commission Regulation 1.35(a).
