SIFMA’s Asset Management Group (SIFMA AMG), the American Council of Life Insurers (ACLI), the Financial Services Roundtable (FSR), and the Association of Institutional INVESTORS (collectively, the Associations) wrote a letter to the Financial Stability Oversight Council (FSOC) memorializing a meeting held on November 12, 2014 between the Associations and FSOC regarding FSOC’s nonbank designation process.
