SIA, TBMA and Other Associations Submit Comments to the CFTC on the Designation of US Futures Exchange L.L.C.

The Securities Industry Association (SIA)*, The Bond Market Association (TBMA)*, the American Bankers Association, the Financial Services Roundtable, the Futures Industry Association,the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, and the Managed Fund Associationsubmit comments to the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC)on the pending application of U.S. Futures Exchange L.L.C.(Eurex US) before the CFTC.
