The Securities Industry Association (SIA)*, The Bond Market Association (TBMA)* and theInternational Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc. (ISDA) provide comments to the Federal Reserve System (Fed), the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), the Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS), and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on a proposed interagency statement on sound practices relating to complex structured finance products, 69 Federal Register 28980 – May 19, 2004; OCC Docket No. 04-12; Fed Docket No. OP-1189; OTS No. 2004-27; and SEC Release No. 34-496695, File No. S7-22-24.
