The Over-The-Counter (OTC)DerivativesProducts Committee of the Securities Industry Association (SIA)* provides comments to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on a proposed rulemakingaffecting OTC derivatives dealers, Release No. 34-39454. In this letter, SIA supplements comments originallysent to the SEC on April 6, 1998.
