SIA Submits Comments to the US House of Representatives on the Manager’s Amendment to the Investor and Capital Markets Act of 2001

The Securities Industry Association (SIA) provides comments to the members of the U.S. House of Representatives on the Manger’s amendment to theInvestor and Capital Markets Fee Relief Act of 2001 (H.R. 1088). SIA notes that the Manager’s amendment is technical and noncontroversial, and urges the members to favroably adopt the amendment and the underlying legislation.
