SIA Submits Comments to the US House Financial Services Committee on the Investor and Capital Markets Fee Relief Act

The Securities Industry Association (SIA)* provides comments to the members of the U.S. House Financial Services Committee urging support of the Investor and Capital Markets Fee Relief Act of 2001, which the Committee will mark up this week. SIA encourages the members of the Committee to act favorably on the legislation without amendments that could diminish the overall impact of the legislation, or endanger its passage by both chambers.
*SIFMA is the product of a merger between the Securities Industry Association (SIA) and The Bond Market Association (TBMA) in 2006.
