SIA Submits Comments to the US Department of Labor on Office of Labor-Management Standards Form LM-10

The Securities Industry Association (SIA)* provides comments to the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL)on the Office of Labor-Management Standards Form LM-10. SIA requests the DOL propose a regulation for public notice and comment with respect to the filing requirements for the Form LM-10. SIFMA notes that the industry doesnot currentlyhave the systems nor the access to the necessary information to complete the Form LM-10.
