SIA Submits Comments to the US Department of Labor on Active Cross-Trading Exemption

The Securities Industry Association (SIA) provides comments to thePension & Welfare Benefits Administrationof theU.S. Department of Laboron thescope of eligible securities to be included in possible active cross-trading exemption from the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA) Section 406(b)(2). SIA believes that an agency cross-trading exemption should cover only securities for which substantial price transparency exists.
