SIA Submits Comments to the SEC on the Securities Transaction Settlement

The Straight Through Process Steering Committee of the Securities Industry Association (SIA)*provides comments to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)on the SEC Concept Release: Securities Transaction Settlement on methods to improve the safety and operational efficiency of the U.S. clearance and settlement system and to help the U.S. securities industry achieve straight-through-processing (STP).

*SIFMA is a product of the merger between the Securities Industry Association (SIA)* and The Bond Market Association (TBMA) in 2006.
