SIA Submits Comments to the SEC on the Reproposed Regulation NMS

The Securities Industry Association (SIA)* provides commentsto theSecurities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on the SEC’s reproposed Regulation NMS under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the Exchange Act), File No. S7-10-04. SIAdetails recommendations to the proposal that would strengthen investor protection through a trade-through rule.
