SEC Order Handling Rules

The Trading Committee of the Securities Industry Association (SIA)* provides comments to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on the implementation of the SEC’s order handling rules which became effective on a limited basis on January 20, 1997.  SIA offers its observations on the progress and success of the implementation.

*SIFMA is the product of a merger between the Securities Industry Association (SIA) and The Bond Market Association (TBMA) in 2006.
