SIA Submits Comments to the SEC on the Existing Automatic Execution Facility Pilot

The Securities Industry Association (SIA)*provides comments to the Securities and Exchange Commission(SEC)on proposed amendment No. 5 to a rule change by the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) relating to enhancements to the NYSE’s existing automatic execution facility pilot (NYSE Direct+), Release No. 34-51906; File No. SR-NYSE-2004-05. SIA details concerns over the proposal.
