Rules Implementing Amendments to the Investment Company Act

The Investment Company, Capital Markets and Federal Regulation Committees of the Securities Industry Association (SIA)* provide comments to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on rules implementing amendments to the Investment Company Act of 1940 provided by the National Securities Markets Improvement Act of 1996 (NSMIA) and relate to private investment companies, Release No. IC-22405, File No. S7-30-96.
