SIA Submits Comments to the SEC on Regulation NMS Implementation Issues for Broker-Dealers

The Securities Industry Association (SIA)* provides comments to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)on Regulation NMS implementation issues for broker-dealers. SIA requires further information from the self-regulatory organizations (SROs) and the SEC Staff to proceed with certain implementation tasks.

*SIFMA is the product of a merger between the Securities Industry Association (SIA) and The Bond Market Association (TBMA) in 2006.
