The Securities Industry Association (SIA)* provides comments to the Securities and Exchange Commission(SEC) on proposals by the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. (NASD) onproposals relating tomember regulatory pricing structures, Trading Activity Fee, File No. SR-NASD-2002-98, and Gross Income Assessment and Personnel Assessment, File No. SR-NASD-2002-99. SIA shares their views and recommendations on the proposals.
