SIA Submits Comments to the SEC on Filing of Quarterly Report and Annual Reports by Certain Issuers

The Dealer Accounting Committee of the Securities Industry Association (SIA)* provides comments to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on theacceleration of periodic report filing dates and disclosure concerning website access to reports, File No. S7-08-02. SIA recommends key points to guide the SEC in its deliberations on the proposal.
