SIA Submits Comments to the SEC on Executive Compensation and Related-Party Disclosure Rules

The Capital Markets Committee of the Securities Industry Association (SIA)*provides comments to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)on proposed amendments to theexecutive compensation and related-party disclosure rules, File No. S7-03-06; Release Nos. 33-8655, 34-53185; IC-27218. SIA cautions the SEC to consider the unintended adverse consequencesthe disclosure of compensation may have on the private sector.
