SIA Submits Comments to the SEC on Directed Order on the Boston Options Exchange

The Options Committee of the Securities Industry Association (SIA)*provides comments to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on a proposal to modify the information contained inadirected order on the Boston Options Exchange, File No. SR-BSE2005-52A. SIA urges the SEC to carefully review and consider all potential consequences of the proposal.

*SIFMA is the product of a merger between the Securities Industry Association (SIA) and The Bond Market Association (TBMA) in 2006.
