SIA Submits Comments to the SEC on Aftermarket Interest in the IPO Process

The Federal Regulation and Capital Markets Committees of the Securities Industry Association (SIA)* provide comments to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on SEC litigation regarding aftermarket interest in the initial public offering (IPO) process. SIA shares concerns about certain statements in the SEC Litigation Press Release 2003-129. In addition, SIA offers insights on the importance of gathering information concerning aftermarket interest to the IPO process.**
