SIA Submits Comments to the NYSE on the Customer Securities Account Transfers

The Operations Committee of the Securities Industry Association (SIA)* provides comments to theNew York Stock Exchange (NYSE) on strengthening NYSE Rule 412 related to customer securities account transfers. SIA encourages further improvement of the rule and related interpretations.
*SIFMA is the product of a merger between the Securities Industry Association (SIA) and The Bond Market Association (TBMA) in 2006.
