NYSE Executive Reporting Responsibilities

The Securities Industry Association (SIA)* provides comments to the New York Stock Exchange, Inc. (NYSE) on executive reporting responsibilities, NYSE Information Memorandum 06-22 (IM 06-22).  SIA requests clarification on the language in the memorandum.
