The Securities Industry Association (SIA)* provides comments to the National Association of Securities Dealers Regulation, Inc. (NASDR) on the process for the arbitration of employment claims established by the self-regulatory organizations (SROs). SIA notes that Congress has expressly endorsed arbitration of employment discrimination claims, adding the arbitration is in fact the least expensive, most efficient and fairest means of resolving employment disputes.
