The Securities Industry Association (SIA) provides comments to the National Association of Securities Dealers Regulation, Inc. (NASDR) on the arbitration of employment discrimination claims.  SIA’s comments follow panel discussions with NASDR, SIA and member firms held June 16, 1997.  SIA underscores certain points made during the panel discussions and responds to concerns raised by other panel members.
