SIA Submits Comments to the Nasdaq Stock Market on the Nasdaq Online Quote Agreement

TheOnline Brokerage Legal Committee and Market Data Subcommittee of the Technology & Regulation Committee of the Securities Industry Association (SIA)* provide comments to the Nasdaq Stock Market expressing their concerns and recommended changes to the Nasdaq Online Quotation Subscriber Agreement (Agreement). SIA believes the Agreement continuesa one-size-fits-all approach that is confusing to clients because it addresses and treats member firms as “vendors” and clients as “subscribers.”
