SIA Submits Comments to the NASDAQ Stock Market on Services Agreement and Membership Application Materials

The Market Data Subcommittee of the Technology and Regulation Committee of the Securities Industry Association (SIA)* provides commentsto the NASDAQ Stock Market on the NASDAQServices Agreement (NSA) and Membership Application Materials sent to SIA members. SIA believes the NSA should be redrafted to reflect a more mutual relationship between NASDAQ and broker-dealers using NASDAQ.

*SIFMA is the product of a merger between the Securities Industry Association (SIA) and The Bond Market Association (TBMA) in 2006.
