The Securities Industry Association (SIA)* submits comments to the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MRSB)on draft amendments relating to advertisements and draft interpretive guidance on disclosures in connection with out-of-state sales of college savings plan shares. (Notice 2004-16)
