SIA Submits Comments to the FSA on Bundled Brokerage and Soft Commission Arrangements Policies

The Securities Industry Association (SIA)* provides comments to the Financial Services Authority (FSA)on FSA Consultation Paper 05/5, which contains draft rules designed to implement policy decisions relating to bundled brokerage and soft commission arrangements. SIA, along with other observations and recommendations, urges the FSA to proceed with efforts to narrow the range of goods and services that may be received by investment managers for soft commissions.
