SIA Submits Comments to the Federal Reserve on Transactions between Banks and Their Affiliates

The Securities Industry Association (SIA)* provides comments to theBoard of Governors of the Federal Reserve System(Federal Reserve) ontransactions between banks and their affiliates, Docket Nos. R-1103 and R-1104. SIA offers some general observations then presents recommendations on particular aspects of the proposals.

*SIFMA is the product of a merger between the Securities Industry Association (SIA) and The Bond Market Association (TBMA) in 2006.
