Proposed Revisions to Regulation T, Regulation G and Regulation U

The Securities Industry Association (SIA)* provides comments to the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System on proposed revisions to Regulation T, Regulation G, and Regulation U, Docket No. R-0923.  SIA strongly supports the Board’s determination to continue its comprehensive review of its margin rules and offers its experience and expertise on the matter.

*SIFMA is the product of a merger between the Securities Industry Association (SIA) and The Bond Market Association (TBMA) in 2006.
