SIA Submits Comments to the FCC on a Proposal Related to Section 212 the Communications Act of 1934

The Securities Industry Association (SIA)* provides comments to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) in the matter of 1998 Biennial Regulatory Review-Repeal of Part 62 of the FCC’s Rules, CC Docket No. 98-195. The proposal would make amendments to enforcement provisions in Section 212 of the Communications Act of 1934.
*SIFMA is the product of a merger between the Securities Industry Association (SIA) and The Bond Market Association (TBMA) in 2006.
