SIA Submits Comments to the CESR on Consultation Practices

The International Trade and Investment Policy Committee of the Securities Industry Association (SIA)* provides comments to the Committee of European Securities Regulators(CESR) onCESR draft Statement of Consultation Practices (October 4, 2001). SIA is supportive of CESR’s proposal as an excellent first step towards implementing a fully effective consultation process.
*SIFMA is the product of a merger between the Securities Industry Association (SIA) and The Bond Market Association (TBMA) in 2006.
