SIA Submits Comments to the Advisory Committee on Civil Rules on Proposed Changes Relating to Electronic Discovery

The Securities Industry Association (SIA)*provides comments to the Advisory Committee on Civil Rules of the Judicial Conference of the United Stateson proposed changesregarding electronic discovery. SIA believes some of the provisions of the discovery proposals are unnecessary and overburdensome, and asks for clarification on other proposed amendments to provide thoughtful comments.
