The Securities Industry Association (SIA)*provides comments to the International Securities Exchange (ISE)urging the exchange to implementthe linkage plan that was approved by theSecurities and Exchange Commission (SEC)in July 2000.

*SIFMA is the product of a merger between the Securities Industry Association (SIA) and The Bond Market Association (TBMA) in 2006.
