The Year 2000 Legal and Regulatory Subcommittee of the Securities Industry Association (SIA) provide comments to the U.S. Senate Banking Subcommittee on Financial Services and Technology on The Year 2000 Computer Remediation and Shareholder Protection Act of 1997 (S.1518).  SIA offers its observations and recommendations concerning the legislation.
