SIA and TBMA Submits Comments to the NASDR on Business Continuity Plans

The Securities Industry Association (SIA)* and The Bond Market Association (TBMA)* provide comments to the National Association of Securities Dealers Regulation, Inc. (NASDR) on proposals to adopt rule relating to business continuity plans (Rule 3510)and emergency contact information (Rule 3520), Notice to Members 02-23. The groups share their observations and recommendations on the proposals.
