The Financial Services Coordination Council, which includes the Securities Industry Association (SIA)*, the American Bankers Association (ABA), the American Council of Life Insurers (ACLI), and the American Insurance Association (AIA), provides commentsto the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee on the Personal Data Privacy And Security Act Of 2005. The Council sends the correspondence prior the Senate Judiciary Committee’s markup of the legislation, expressing concerns about the bill.
