SIA and Other Associations Submit Comments to a US House Energy & Commerce Subcommittee on the Data Accountability and Trust Act

The Financial Services Coordination Council, which includes the Securities Industry Association(SIA)*, the AmericanBankers Association (ABA), the American Council of Life Insurers (ACLI),and the American Insurance Association (AIA), providescomments to the Chairman and Ranking Member ofthe U.S. House Energy & Commerce Subcommittee on Commerce, Trade & Consumer Protectionregardingthe Data Accountability and Trust Act (H.R.4127). The subcommittee scheduled a markup of the legislation for November 3.
