ESF Submits Comments to the European Commission on the Review of Regulatory Capital for Credit Institutions and Investment Firms

The European Securitisation Forum (ESF), an affiliate of The Bond Market Association (TBMA)*, provides comments to the European Commission on the Commission’s Second Consultative Document on the review of regulatory capital for credit institutions and investment firms. ESF offers its observations and recommendations regarding the securitization proposals.

*SIFMA is the product of a merger between the Securities Industry Association (SIA) and The Bond Market Association (TBMA) in 2006.
